Projprzem Makrum S.A. has conducted activities in the construction industry for as long as 60 years. At first, the company specialised in designing and constructing industrial facilities. In 1990 Spółka Akcyjna PROJPRZEM was established as a result of a privatization process and the company started to expand its activities in the area of manufacturing steel constructions. In the following years the company also started conducting activities in docking techniques, gaining a significant position in Europe as a manufacturer of docking solutions. The long history of our company has taught us that careful planning and taking a long-term view are essential prerequisites of success.
 
In October 1998 PROJPRZEM S.A. became a public company; since August 1999 its shares have been traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

In November 2016, the company was incorporated into structures of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A.
